What's Actually Happening
Here's the honest version of From Concept to Prototype: Our Product Development Journey. We don't have a PR team polishing this — it's written by the people who built it, in Lucknow, UP. What we share here is what's actually going on in the lab and in the field.
The Real Details
- Engineering decisions made specifically for Indian conditions
- Built and tested in UP — not shipped from abroad and rebranded
- AI trained on data that actually reflects how Indians live and work
- We've broken this thing multiple times. Here's what we learned.
How We Built It
Everything — PCB design, firmware, mechanical assembly, AI training — happens in our UP facility. We don't outsource the core. It means slower sometimes, but it means we understand every part of what we've built. That matters when something breaks at 2am during a field test.
Why This Matters in India
India imports the vast majority of its industrial robots. The ones designed abroad don't handle our voltage fluctuations, our dusty environments, our narrow corridors. Every time we solve one of these problems ourselves, we're building knowledge that stays in India — in UP specifically. That's the point.
What Comes Next
We're moving to the next build cycle. The team is small and the work is hard, but we're making progress. If you want to follow along, the best way is to bookmark our media page. And if you want to talk — about partnerships, pilots, or just what we're doing — reach out directly. We read every message.
